Possible mistakes

If you need to specify a proxy type in a request, always specify it correctly with other parameters, since the set of parameters for each proxy type may be different.

All possible errors you can get due to a mistake are listed in the Possible errors section.

Some of the errors can be resolved manually. Check solutions to the errors in the following table:

2	Error api key	Make sure you are authorized correctly or change your personal API key and try authorizing again.
3	Error auth. Your IP doesn't have access	You need to check the configured access for IP addresses and make sure your IP address is entered in this field. The current IP address can be found on the website youproxy.io here.
4	Incorrect proxy type	Make sure you entered the correct proxy type (including the case).
5	Proxies by proxy type disabled on the server	IP addresses for this proxy type are not available at the moment. You can view the available proxy types here.
6	Incorrect country	Make sure you entered the correct country (including the case). Use alpha3 code for it.
7	Country disabled on the server	Countries for this proxy type are not available at the moment. You can view the available countries here.
8	Incorrect mobile operator	Make sure you entered the correct mobile operator (including the case).
10	Incorrect auth type	The following types of authorization are currently available: LOGIN, IP.
11	Incorrect rentPeriodDays	Make sure you entered the correct rent period days.
13	Incorrect protocol	The following types of authorization are currently available: HTTP, SOCKS.
14	Incorrect goal	Fill in the field goal. It can't be empty.
16	Insufficient funds on balance	Make sure you have enough funds on your balance to extend the order. You can top up your balance on the website youproxy.io here.
18	Incorrect rotationTime	Make sure you entered the correct rotation time.
19	Incorrect quantity	When you receive this error, the text of the error itself will say what the minimum number is allowed for this proxy type. Please enter a valid value.
23	Incorrect authIp	When choosing the type of IP authorization, fill in the authIp field, it can't be empty. Make sure the authIp field is filled in correctly.
24	Incorrect ipAddressIds	Make sure the field ipAddressIds is filled in correctly. A detailed description of where to get the data is described here.
28	Not all ipAddressIds specified for proxy type	For some proxy types, it's necessary to renew all IP addresses of the order. This information is described here in the colored warning message. Make sure the field ipAddressIds is filled in correctly or extend using your order ids.
29	Incorrect orderIds	Make sure the field orderIds is filled in correctly. A detailed description of where to get the data is described here.
